Remote Diagnostics

When implementing a PdM program and the strategic business decision involves the desire and requirement to share responsibilities of the program, Allied is proud to offer a solution in the Remote Diagnostics Program. This model provides many of the benefits of the FTE and Regional Programs such as world class analysts and monthly scorecard reporting but the biggest advantage to the Remote Diagnostics program is that the program incorporates the strengths of both parties to achieve the common goal.

By its design, the Remote Diagnostics program incorporates the use of internal company resources to collect specific data that may involve:

  • Vibration
  • Mechanical and Electrical Infrared
  • Ultrasound
  • Motor Circuit Analysis
  • Lubrication Analysis

The collected data is then sent directly to a world class Allied analyst for analysis and recommendations.

Some specific benefits and scope of the Allied Remote Diagnostic program include:

  • On site training and mentoring needs for data acquisition and/or lubrication sampling methods
  • Identification of hardware, software and data integration points
  • Specific equipment information for database and alarm development
  • Communication requirements and IT support needs
  • Semi-annual quality assurance/ quality control activities

Regardless of the program, whether it is the Allied FTE program, Allied Regional Program or the Allied Remote Diagnostics Program, Allied Reliability’s versatility provides companies with the capabilities to achieve their reliability goals.
