Phase 1 “Assessment and Evaluation” involves proven maintenance cost reduction, increased efficiency and maximum reliability assurance.

PM/PdM Awareness Training will help align your maintenance, craft, operations, planning and reliability personnel to the methodology in our PM/PdM Best Practices. A Technology Review & Assessment on a cross section of your mechanical and electrical equipment will evaluate various technology applications to see what best suits your reliability needs.

Phase 1 also includes a PM Evaluation of existing procedures to determine whether they should be improved, replaced or eliminated to increase efficiency and reliability.

Interviewing relevant personnel, an Allied RES Professional will determine what workflows are in place and whether or not they are being followed, and then compare current practices with best practices to determine appropriate recommendations for improvement.

From your equipment list, a 100% Theoretical PdM Coverage Model is developed showing which technologies are best to identify anticipated failure modes.

A final Phase 1 Report will detail the results, make recommendations on deliverables and strategies and outline a plan for Reliability Assurance.

Phase 2 “Program Design and Development” includes three modules: Asset Registry, Asset Analysis and Asset Integration.

Asset Registry involves defining criteria for asset selection, desired attributes, uncovering types that require Failure Mode Analysis, verifying assets and creating a logical asset structure giving you:
