Reduce time and costs while driving higher productivity in your work processes.

This course, paired with the Outage! experience, teaches maintenance planning and scheduling best practices to more efficiently use maintenance labor and reduce time to effectively plan work, as well as proven methods for backlog management and work prioritization. It covers the individual roles of the Planning and Scheduling Work Team (PSWT) that are used to improve all elements of the Work Management System, including work identification, work planning, work scheduling, work execution, documenting work history, and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
