From Jamison Products, an Allied Reliability Brand

Jamison Products, an Allied Reliability brand, manufactures tee strainers for applications where long-term debris removal is needed inside a pipeline. Unlike temporary cone strainers used during startup, tee strainers are installed as durable filtration devices to help protect pumps, meters, valves, compressors, and other downstream equipment.

Tee Strainers

Jamison Products expertise is to design, manufacture, and supply cast basket strainers that will meet all your requirements. The product supplied will be mechanically sounTee strainers are workhorse filtration devices installed permanently within pipelines to remove unwanted debris and contaminants from your flowing product. Unlike cone strainers used temporarily, tee strainers provide long-lasting protection for your pipeline equipment. Typically manufactured from robust materials like stainless steel or carbon steel, tee strainers are built to withstand the demands of various pipeline environments.

Jamison Products expertise is to design, manufacture, and supply tee strainers that will meet all your requirements. The product delivered will be mechanically sound, which meets the design criteria and process performance.

Being a multitude of applications, the tee strainer has to be custom-designed to meet the operating requirements.

The Tee Strainer can be offered with or without ASME ‘U’ Stamp and /or PED certification.

THE CHALLENGE

Protect Critical Equipment from Debris and Filtration-Related Risk

Standard strainers often need to balance equipment protection, pressure drop, access for cleaning, material compatibility, and available space. Cast strainers provide practical options when the operating conditions fit a standard cast body, while fabricated alternatives can be used when the application requires a more customized vessel.

  • Remove debris before it reaches pumps, meters, valves, and other downstream assets
  • Match strainer style to flow path, maintenance access, and service continuity requirements
  • Select materials, seals, coatings, and instrumentation options based on operating conditions
  • Use Jamison Posi-Lock design options where improved basket retention and bypass prevention are needed
