THE CHALLENGE
Specify Filtration and Fluid Handling Equipment Around Real Operating Requirements
Pipeline filtration applications require equipment that can meet process requirements without creating unnecessary maintenance burden. Cartridge filter vessels need to be correctly specified for filtration level, vessel access, material compatibility, and applicable design codes.
- Process conditions and filtration requirements can vary across pipeline systems.
- Improper vessel configuration can make cartridge changeout more difficult than necessary.
- Code, material, flange, and pressure requirements must be defined early in the selection process.
