JAMISON, an Allied Reliability brand, and pipeline products manufacturer provide products that support all pipeline operations, including pig launchers, pressure vessels, and more.

With our ASME-coded fabrication shop and engineering staff with vast knowledge and experience, we are able to offer engineered products and solutions that best fit your process and metering applications.

Pressure Vessels

We offer an engineered custom-designed product that will meet the customers, environmental, and industry standards. All pressure vessels are designed to ASME with a ‘U’ Stamp (if required), also available to international standards (PED – CE Marking, etc.)

Pressure Vessels offered can be supplied as is, or with all the customizations required to meet your requirements.

Pressure vessels for the oil, gas, chemical, and power generation industries is an area in that Jamison has great expertise. We are not a boiler manufacturer, but we produce the pressure vessels that support the boiler & steam system, such as condensate, separator, flash, blow down, and expansion tanks.

Standard Range and Capability:
  • Size: 1/2" to 72”

Pig Launcher & Receivers

All pipelines should be pigged, if possible. The savings, efficiency, and cleanliness far outweigh other cleaning options. At the end of each product transfer, it is recommended to clear out the entire line contents with a pig—either forward to the receipt point or backward to the source tank. There is no requirement for extensive line flushing when pigging is applied on a regular basis.

Pigging offers the additional advantage of a much more rapid and reliable product changeover. Product sampling at the receipt point becomes faster because the interface between products is very clear. This is an improvement over the traditional method of checking at intervals until the product is on specification, which takes considerably longer.

  • The package skid limitation is the factory lift capacity and door size, which is 40 tonnes to 20 feet wide respectively

Line Blinds/Spectacle Blinds/ Figure Eights

1” – 48” ANSI 150# through 2500#. Carbon steel/stainless
steel/high alloys for positive pipeline/pipe system shut-off.

Bag & Cartridge Filters

Process filters for all liquid and gas applications. Designed to ASME/PED specifications.

1” to 24” 150# - 2500# flanges.
Designed to ASME VIII Div 1 with U-stamp. Carbon steel, stainless steel, and special alloys.
1 - 15 Micron filtration.

Scrubbers/Separators Coalescers

Scrubbers also known as slug catchers and knockout pots. Filter separators and coalescers. Vertical and horizontal
configurations.

Single-phase, 2-phase or 3-phase separation for liquid/gas and solid removal.

Bleed Rings

1” – 48” ANSI 150# through 2500#. Carbon steel/stainless
steel/high alloys to avoid hot work on the pipeline/pipe system shut-off. Offers a connection port for draining,
venting or sampling.
