This maintenance planning and scheduling training course teaches best practices to more efficiently use maintenance labor and reduce time to effectively plan work, as well as proven methods for backlog management and work prioritization. It covers the individual roles of the Planning and Scheduling Work Team (PSWT) that are used to improve all elements of the Work Management System, including work identification, work planning, work scheduling, work execution, documenting work history, and Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
Our maintenance planner/scheduler training also includes an overview of best practices of Shutdown/Turnaround/Outage (STO) management with exercises that apply real-life simulations to practice planning, scheduling, and executing an outage.
