Oil Mist Systems

Oil Mist Lubrication Systems

The T.F. Hudgins centralized oil mist systems atomize lubricating oil into small particles, which are conveyed by a low-pressure distribution system to multiple machinery bearings. Basic system components include an oil mist generator, header pipe system for mist transfer and re-classifiers that control the mist flow to each application point.

These systems meter a precise amount of oil to each bearing, resulting in highly effective lubrication, decreased oil consumption, and lower overall maintenance costs.

The T.F. Hudgins oil mist generators are available in four configurations to serve a variety of lubrication points and operating requirements. Each generator features efficient design for reliability in operation and economy in maintenance and repair. Proprietary mist generator heads feature vortex technology with oversized mist ports.
